From a very young age, Lucas learned to focus on the human aspect of sales… As a little kid in Brazil, he used to sell coin purses and ice cream at school to pay for his lunch. Once he reached his literal hunger quota, he used his extra earnings to help friends pay for snacks and meals, too. In the end, school parents were his largest market because he responded directly to their daily needs - providing additional snacks for their children and convenient storage for their spare change. That's what he calls a win-win-win!
To this day, that human-focused approach is what leads him to success in creating and facilitating connections that move businesses forward. From the bustling streets of São Paulo to the competitive tech landscape of Silicon Valley, he's built his career on one simple truth: that exceptional sales is about creating genuine connections and delivering measurable results.
